"The last 30 years of my life has been devoted to helping women with the struggles they face in their lives.
It has been a dream of mine to open Crossroads to serve women who suffer with emotional issues that interrupt and disrupt their lives  Our intensive outpatient programs, facilitated by prominent clinicians, offer practical tools for change as well as providing an individualized aftercare plan.

It is exciting to add personal growth coaching programs to our services because I am committed to helping women improve their well-being and their lives.  This represents an expansion of the services we have created to help women.  There are many women who do not need therapy but want help achieving new goals in their lives.”

A 2 minute video message for our professional
colleagues about making referrals to our programs

Many of us at one time in our lives
Have traveled many rough and bumpy roads
And feel weary about the roads ahead
But have survived,
Some roads we have traveled have supplied
Us with warning signs.
Some signs tell us that our lives
Should be taken with caution
And unless we stop and yield to
The right direction
Our lives may come to a dead end.
We may have been led through the
Tunnel of darkness not knowing
Where the darkness ends, but as we
Continue to travel on to complete
A great milestone, we realize
That where the darkness ends
The sunshine begins.
